When you create an account or use Awnak, you agree to these Terms and to the linked Privacy Policy. If any part does not suit you, please do not use the app.
We've written this in the plainest language we can — each section opens with an "In short" line that sums it up before the detail.
باختصار: عونك رفيقك في رحلتك، لكنه مش بديل عن الجهات الرسمية ولا خدمات الطوارئ.
عونك تطبيق بيساعدك في رحلة الحج والعمرة: بينظّم بياناتك، بيتابع معاك برنامجك، وبيرشدك في الملاحة داخل المشاعر حتى من غير إنترنت.
عونك مش بديل عن إرشادات الجهات الرسمية أو اللوحات الإرشادية في المكان. ولما تستخدم الملاحة، خليها مساعدة ليك — مش مصدر القرار الوحيد.
ميزات الطوارئ في التطبيق بتعتمد على جهازك والشبكة والبطارية، وعشان كده ما نقدرش نضمن وصولها في كل الظروف. في أي خطر حقيقي، اتصل فورًا بجهات الطوارئ الرسمية.
In short: Awnak is your trip companion, but not a substitute for official authorities or emergency services.
Awnak helps you through your Hajj/Umrah journey: organizing your data, following your program with you, and guiding you with offline navigation within the holy sites.
Awnak does not replace the guidance of official authorities or on-site signage. When you use navigation, treat it as assistance — not your only source of decision.
Emergency features depend on your device, network, and battery, so we cannot guarantee they will work in every situation. In any real danger, contact official emergency services immediately.
باختصار: لازم يكون عندك ١٨ سنة على الأقل؛ والأطفال بيستخدموه عن طريق ولي الأمر.
لازم يكون عندك ١٨ سنة على الأقل عشان تنشئ حساب وتوافق على هذه الشروط بنفسك.
لو في طفل أو قاصر مسافر ضمن المجموعة، ولي الأمر هو اللي بينشئ الحساب ويوافق نيابةً عنه ويتحمل مسؤولية بياناته.
In short: You must be at least 18; minors use Awnak through a parent or guardian.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and accept these terms yourself.
If a child or minor is traveling with the group, a parent or legal guardian creates the account, consents on their behalf, and is responsible for their data.
باختصار: بياناتك لازم تكون صحيحة، وإنت مسؤول عن حماية حسابك وجهازك.
احرص إن البيانات اللي بتدخلها تكون صحيحة ومحدّثة — لأنها بتُستخدم لخدمتك وسلامتك أثناء الرحلة.
إنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول وعن جهازك. ولو حسيت إن في استخدام غير مصرّح به، غيّر كلمة المرور على طول وبلّغنا.
In short: Keep your details accurate, and protect your account and device.
Make sure the details you enter are accurate and up to date — they are used to serve you and keep you safe during the trip.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for your device. If you suspect any unauthorized use, change your password right away and let us know.
باختصار: استخدم التطبيق لغرضه فقط، وما تحاولش تضر بيه أو ببيانات غيرك.
التطبيق للاستخدام الشخصي في تنظيم رحلتك. ممنوع محاولة اختراقه، أو تعطيله، أو الوصول لبيانات حجاج آخرين بدون وجه حق، أو استخدامه في أي غرض غير قانوني.
لو حصلت مخالفة للاستخدام المقبول، ممكن نضطر نوقف الحساب حمايةً لباقي المستخدمين.
In short: Use Awnak only for its purpose, and never to harm it or other people's data.
The app is for your personal use in organizing your trip. You may not attempt to hack it, disrupt it, access other pilgrims' data without right, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
If acceptable use is breached, we may have to suspend the account to protect other users.
باختصار: بنبذل كل جهدنا عشانك، والتطبيق بيُقدَّم «كما هو» في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
بنشتغل بكل قلبنا عشان عونك يكون مفيد وآمن ليك، لكن زي أي تطبيق، ما نقدرش نضمن إنه هيشتغل من غير أي انقطاع أو خطأ في كل الظروف — وعشان كده بيُقدَّم «كما هو».
في الحدود اللي يسمح بها القانون، مسؤوليتنا عن أي ضرر غير مباشر محدودة. وده ما بيمسّش أي حقوق أساسية مقررة ليك قانونًا.
In short: We do our best for you, and the app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
We put our hearts into making Awnak helpful and safe for you, but like any app, we cannot guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free in all conditions — which is why it is provided "as is".
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect damages is limited. This does not affect any statutory rights you have.
باختصار: لو غيّرنا الشروط بشكل جوهري، هنبلّغك ونطلب موافقتك من جديد.
ممكن نحدّث الشروط من وقت للتاني. لو كان التغيير جوهري، هنخطرك داخل التطبيق ونطلب موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة قبل ما تكمل استخدام الخدمة.
استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد الإخطار معناه موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.
In short: If we make material changes, we'll tell you and ask for your consent again.
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you in-app and ask you to accept the new version before you continue using the service.
Continuing to use the app after notice means you accept the updated version.

عشان نخدمك بأمان، بنجمع: اسمك ورقم هاتفك، وأرقام للتواصل وقت الطوارئ، وأي معلومات صحية بتختار تضيفها،
موقعك أثناء الرحلة: بنحتفظ بآخر موقع ليك بس، وبيشوفه مشرفك ومنظّم رحلتك عشان يطمّنوا عليك ويوصلولك بسرعة لو احتجت مساعدة. وبنستخدمه كمان في الملاحة ووقت الطوارئ.
بيانات تقنية محدودة عن سلامة جهازك (لمكافحة الاحتيال) وعن أعطال التطبيق عشان نصلّحها — من غير اسمك ولا رقمك ولا موقعك الدقيق.
البيانات اللي بتنشئها بنفسك داخل الرحلة (نقاط تجمّع، صور، ملاحظات) بتفضل على جهازك.
In short: We collect only the data your trip actually needs — nothing more.
To serve you safely, we collect: your name and phone number, numbers to reach in an emergency, any health information you choose to add,
Your location during the trip: we keep only your latest position, and your supervisor and your trip organizer can see it, so they can watch over you and reach you quickly if you need help. It is also used for navigation and emergencies.
Limited technical data about your device's integrity (to fight fraud) and about app crashes so we can fix them — with no name, no number, and no precise location.
Data you create yourself within the trip (gathering points, photos, notes) stays on your device.

التطبيق شغّال على خوادم آمنة لمزودين تقنيين ملزمين بحماية بياناتك، ومالهمش أي حق في استخدامها لأي غرض تاني.
غير كده ما بنشاركش بياناتك مع حد — إلا لو أمر قضائي واجب النفاذ ألزمنا بذلك.
In short: We share your data only with your supervisor and your trip organizer.
Your supervisor and your trip organizer see only the data they need to serve you and watch over you, and in an emergency we may pass your location to rescue teams.
The app runs on secure servers of technical providers who are bound to protect your data and have no right to use it for any other purpose.
Beyond that we do not share your data with anyone — unless an enforceable court order obliges us to.
باختصار: بياناتك ملكك: بعد انتهاء رحلتك بنمسح بيانات الرحلة الشخصية خلال ١٠ أيام.
أول ما رحلتك تنتهي، بنمسح بيانات رحلتك وتسجيلاتها من عندنا خلال ١٠ أيام على الأكتر.
In short: Your data is yours: after your trip ends we delete your trip personal data within 10 days.
As soon as your trip ends, we erase your trip data and its recordings from our servers within 10 days at most.

Access to sensitive data goes through additional verification and is written to audit logs, and the connection to our servers is protected by channel encryption.
However strong the measures, no system anywhere is 100% secure — which is why we ask you to protect your device and login details.

بنعالج بيانات القُصّر بما لا يضر بمصلحتهم، ويقدر القاصر يمارس حقوقه على بياناته عند بلوغه السن القانوني.
In short: Minors' data is processed with a guardian's consent and in their best interest.
If a minor is traveling with the group, a guardian consents to collecting their data on their behalf, and we take appropriate measures to verify the guardian's status.
We process minors' data in a way that does not harm their interests, and a minor may exercise their own data rights upon reaching legal age.
